Service Description:Dear Stranger provides one-on-one compassionate listening sessions for women. Our sessions are focused on empathy, understanding, and emotional presence. We do not provide advice, guidance, therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or crisis support.Not for Emergencies:If you are in crisis or immediate danger, please contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.Eligibility:You must be 18+ and use this service responsibly in a safe, private environment.Booking & Payment:All sessions must be booked through the website and paid in advance via a secure online payment method.Confidentiality:All sessions are kept private. However, confidentiality may be limited in situations required by law (for example, risk of harm to self or others).Call Recording:Sessions are conducted via Google Meet voice call for the booked time slot. Calls are private and not recorded.Session Conduct:Respectful behavior is expected. Any inappropriate or abusive conduct may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.Termination:We reserve the right to refuse or end a session at our discretion in case of misuse or violation of terms.Liability:This service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of this service.Acceptance:By booking a session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
